How to Enjoy:

• Matcha Latte: Sift 4 grams of matcha into a bowl, add a small amount of 70°C water, and whisk until smooth and frothy. Top with your choice of milk for a creamy latte. We recommend oat milk for the best flavour.
• Traditional Matcha: Sift 4 grams of matcha into a bowl, add 70°C water, and whisk in a zigzag (W or M) motion until a fine foam forms. Enjoy a rich, balanced ceremonial-style matcha experience.
